A truly gorgeous property in a beautiful, remote coastal area; even in the off‑season and when I was the only guest, it was a great place to recharge and reflect. The concierge was friendly, but after I arrived I never saw them again and they were not very responsive during my stay; there was also a menu misunderstanding at the restaurant, so clearer information for non‑Spanish speakers would help. Additionally, even though I was the only guest, I didn’t receive timely help with my luggage when my taxi arrived, which was a frustrating way to end my visit.

The hotel is spacious and beautiful, and the food is outstanding, but the staff in the restaurant keep their phones on while loudspeakers blare, which can be a little annoying.
