The place is in a good location. However, there was no room service, no cleaner on the following day, and no dedicated parking. I returned late at night and the parking lot was full; when I called, they said they couldn’t help, leaving me stranded in an unfamiliar city.

Check‑in was smooth and the room was a nice size. The property was quiet and peaceful, so I slept well. Unfortunately, a strong damp, musty odor seemed to come from the built‑in wardrobe; I sprayed deodorant to mask it, but the smell returned and was noticeable throughout the room.

Not really what I expected as Trip advisor has comments about "Jonathan the host makes a lovely breakfast" - It was self check in and NO breakfast . Although says No breakfast - obviously an old comment perhaps. There was a lot of noise from neighbouring buildings . Seagulls are an absolute pain (But that goes for most of Llandudno) - yes there is car parking available - but limited - we had to leave the car in another street

There was no chair in the room, so you can’t sit comfortably, and the bathroom lacked a shelf for a wash bag. A mini‑fridge would have been handy in the hot weather.

The place was very clean, well‑located, and reasonably priced. The storage was limited to a single cupboard for hanging; there was no chest of drawers, a small fridge would have helped, and the kettle sat precariously on a corner shelf. There were no hooks for coats, so we had to buy our own toilet paper, and the towels weren’t replaced after four days.
