I liked the room’s décor and size, and the same went for the bathroom, but the room stayed cold and couldn’t be heated properly, which is unacceptable for a five‑star hotel, and the Flava restaurant was closed, forcing us to find another place for dinner.

The place is fantastic—great location, huge rooms, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, so I’ll definitely return. However, I couldn’t earn points for my membership account because I booked through booking.
