I love how close the hotel is to everything, yet the area stays quiet; we've stayed here before and plan to return again. No complaints.

We were thrilled that our friends got an upgrade to a superior room while we paid the same price, but the 1st‑floor room felt like a dungeon—no natural light, very dark and gloomy, and we had no balcony, unlike the top‑floor room with a garden that our friends enjoyed.

The two‑floor apartment was a luxurious find just a stone’s throw from the city center, surrounded by a lively neighborhood of restaurants and shops that made it a convenient hub. The only downside was the heavily scented drapes and cushions that were sprayed in the room; our family has fragrance sensitivity, yet the staff were accommodating and helped us.

“Perfect and lovely hotel. Modern room in an historic part of town.”

The room was beautiful and the location unbeatable—just 5 minutes to the Colosseum, yet surprisingly quiet, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were lovely and accommodating, even throwing in breakfast for me, which I appreciated; I would definitely return. The TV could have allowed Netflix login or screen mirroring, though it had plenty of channels on the Samsung TV, many of which were in Italian, but that was a minor issue since I mostly slept in the room.

“Amazing Service”

The staff were exceptionally warm and helpful; when the airline lost our luggage, they went out of their way to assist us and even followed up with the airline on our behalf, making our stay extra comfortable.
