I was treated like family by Lucas, and Adriana was a delight, answering every question about my room and even swapping rooms without a hitch; the night staff—though unnamed—were also incredible, and the housekeeping team was friendly and efficient, so I’ll be back soon, thanks 🫶🏻. The only suggestion is to add a water dispenser so I could refill bottles; otherwise, it was perfect for the price I paid.

The spot is great, right in the middle of everything, and breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. Cleaning was decent, but the shower area wasn’t spotless, an old soap bar from a previous guest was there, and there was a leak whenever we opened the shower, leaving the bathroom damp.

Ambiente muito limpo organizado instalação bem cuidada quarto atendeu as necessidades superou as expectativas café da manhã excelente incluido na diária foi um final de semana ótimo a localização também é ótima pra quem quer visitar a Marina mercado Municipal ou até mesmo pegar o ferry boat e ir à navegantes recomendo a todos a educação dos funcionários ambiente familiar tudo incrível no outro lado de rua tem uma pizzaria muito boa o calçadão também é perto shopping é um verdadeiro Palácio voltarei outras vezes só pela infra-estrutura do local todos estão de parabéns. Fiquei só 2 dias rsrs
