I liked the location. The complex should clearly separate the hotel itself from the pool and restaurant areas. The grill menu is tasty, and the waitresses are very friendly—one shift was perfect. Parking is free for cars. I didn’t appreciate how the bar staff rushed the cash register, ignoring a guest who was scattering his belongings and food by the pool. Only when his body started needing the restroom near the pool did they intervene, and the other guests with children had to watch. After that, the bartender accepted another order for a cocktail he couldn’t even pay for. Everyone relaxes differently, but when your rest interferes with others, the management should enforce rules that cannot be broken. In your room you can’t watch TV because of constant signal problems, and there is no sound isolation.
