How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is the best; everything is close, just a couple of blocks walk and you find plenty to shop and stroll around. The shower didn’t close properly, so I had to tighten the knob a lot, otherwise it kept dripping.

The cleanliness was excellent, and I didn’t find any problems—overall a good place.

The location is very good, just 2 blocks from the Tacna Civic Walk, all central and quiet.

It’s close to the city center, but the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

First, to get hot water you have to wait too long, about 30 minutes, unacceptable. Second, on the day I left I waited more than 40 minutes but never got hot water, so I had to shower with cold water. Third, when I entered the hostel I asked if they had hot water, the lady answered yes but never told me I would have to wait that long; before leaving I told them I had been waiting over half an hour and she replied maybe another room was using the hot water and I would have to wait until they finished (unlikely). When I left the room and filed a complaint she told me to excuse me because the water system was failing and they still hadn't fixed it.
