The facilities were fine, but the staff’s attitude was terrible. I booked two rooms for family members, and when they arrived, they were told there was only one room; I had to confront the hotel to correct the mistake, which was unpleasant for my relatives, especially since they arrived late at night and wasted time waiting for the rooms we had paid for.

This was by far one of the cleanest places of its kind that we’ve stayed in; the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast definitely surpassed the usual standard.

All four of us agreed that the beds were comfortable, the room’s spacious, amenities were generous with there hours of operation, and the breakfast was great!. Charging for parking as if it was in downtown or near concert venue. The only day I did want my room serviced, coffee and dish soap weren’t replaced

The room and staff were outstanding. We stayed in a 2‑bedroom suite and the rooms and bathrooms stayed spotless except for the glassware. I poured a glass of water, and before I could sip it, I saw lipstick on the glass. Before checking out, I hand‑washed the glassware and put it in the dishwasher. I’d recommend this place and would come back.
