Turi Beach Resort

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Richard and Rekhar (I’m not sure I spelled their names correctly, sorry). I felt a little nervous arriving because the place was far out and quiet, but Richard and Rekhar made the whole process simple and comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent—better than any resort we’ve tried in Batam on a similar budget. The apartment view was awesome, though a bit more haze would have helped. The swimming pool and beach view are amazing! The place was clean overall, but a closer look shows some spots that need extra attention. The staff were sometimes not very welcoming, except for the server lady at Isabel restaurant who was incredible and professional. Prices for massage and dining are a bit high, but still good. Throughout the stay, we kept missing hot water after two minutes in the shower.

I liked everything. The staff were very kind, and for my reservation I asked for a room with a nice view, which I got. The beds were large and comfortable. The pools are big, the beaches are beautiful, and the scenery is amazing. The resort has elevators on the stairs. Out of the three services I booked, I had a massage and the ladies were very good. Employees were very smiling and friendly.

“A great place – I love recommend it!”

The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was hearty. The beach was lovely. The cottage had every comfort—spacious, with a huge bed. I could even spot squirrels on the terrace, and I saw monkeys too. The jungle around was lush green. There were multiple pools. I loved relaxing here. Everything was great!

“Lovely break”

The overall resort is super nice, beautiful and quiet, relaxing and chill, staff are super helpful and friendly, food is very delicious. Had a lovely stay. I ended up paying more for drinks, food, and water sports than the accommodation. Not a negative just beware of the extra costs!
