How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Room service was very good, clean, and friendly. Every day there was a new surprise in the room :-) Everything at the pool was included, even the alcoholic drinks. All the hotel staff were very friendly. The Eurodivers diving center was also very nice and everyone was helpful. Unfortunately, the live music was a bit loud in the evening, playing until 23:00. I was bothered that we had to pay €5.00 for a bottle of Cola in the room, even though we had booked all-inclusive.

The new rooms, the extremely friendly staff, and the large selection at the morning and evening buffet were great. The staff also understood the importance of protecting the coral reefs. The snorkeling experiences were excellent and there were few troublesome tourists. My husband had to go to the doctor because he got a bad case of diarrhea. A check for bacteria in the food would be advisable.

The structure is beautiful and the staff are very kind and helpful… a wonderful holiday… I highly recommend it. One small point: it would help if the staff spoke a little Italian.

The restaurant operated at 250% with Hatim leading us with royal care. The food was varied and it would be impossible to taste everything in just one week. The hotel’s location is ideal for those who want a quieter vacation while still being close to restaurants, the beach, shops, wellness, sports, evening and daytime entertainment. Coral reefs are almost at the poolside, the staff are extremely accommodating and pleasant.

The staff at Utopia Blue Resort were very friendly and helpful, and we especially thank director Nagar for promptly resolving every issue we had. Vera Tour’s animation was delightful. The resort and its beach, complete with a coral reef barrier, are worth the trip. The restaurants are well served, especially the beach restaurant dinner, offering a rich selection with both buffet and cooked options. Our room was in the new area—beautiful but with some finish flaws and located in a “construction” zone, though we hardly stayed in it so it didn’t disturb our holiday. One drawback was that the hot water in the shower sometimes ran out.
