How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place is quite central and coffee is free. The room has a toilet and shower. There is no bookable breakfast. The central bathroom area is old and dirty; the tap almost falls off. The toilet is clean but heavily brown‑stained, as is the only sink. The shower is okay.

The rooms are nice and the hostel is in a good neighborhood, making it easy to reach the city center. One of the receptionists was very helpful. The hostel has good partnerships with the hotel above, so you can eat breakfast there, work out, visit the pool, or book a massage. However, daily cleaning was promised but didn’t happen; the bathroom still had hair from the previous guest. There was no toilet paper in the room and you had to ask for it; they also don’t provide hand soap and the rooms lack sinks. You don’t receive a blanket, only a blanket. Some receptionists spoke so little English that it was hard to understand each other, though they tried to help and their ambition for good service was not an issue. Loud lounge music plays late at night and early in the morning, and it can be heard in the rooms and wakes you up. The smoking area is unfortunately right outside the hostel entrance, so it’s a bit unpleasant to pass by with the smell every time.

It’s a decent private room for a stopover in Bandung, but not spectacular, and I wouldn’t recommend staying longer than two nights. The room has no window and the hostel is located in a hotel basement, so everything feels a bit gloomy and musty. Still, for the price it’s totally bearable. The staff are friendly. There was no toilet paper, and the “hand towel” didn’t work. You can hear the neighboring room very loudly when the shower is used.

The location is strategic, there are many restaurants, it’s neither too crowded nor too quiet, the atmosphere is comfortable, Wi‑Fi is fast, access to various places is easy, the water heater works well, the air circulation is good, and the front office is friendly. The hostel’s cleanliness and access are not eye‑catching.
