The property is very welcoming and spacious. The rooms come with wardrobes, towels, and a private bathroom. Breakfast includes coffee, milk, orange juice, bread, Moroccan crepes, butter, and jam. The shuttle service is excellent, with very good and punctual drivers, and especially Ismail was very helpful and present despite the distance (we were in Morocco and he was in Italy). The only downside is that the housekeeper doesn’t speak any language, but Ismail managed everything.

The location was fine. We started with the issue of someone named Zaida living in the same accommodation. Towels were never washed, rooms never had sheets changed during our stay, the bathrooms were terrible and in need of renovation—one even smelled like a septic pit and was not cleaned. Breakfast was always the same and sparse, and the laundry service was awful; we paid for it but it wasn’t washed properly, so we had to pick it up and fold it ourselves. The air conditioners were very bad and should be replaced; when the air came out it smelled awful.

“Excellent, with very warm welcome.”

We found a peaceful escape from the bustle of Marrakech, right where we could stroll to the souks, museums and cafés without trouble. Ismail and Sayida welcomed us warmly and ensured everything was ready so we could enjoy the trip fully. Highly recommended!
