It’s close to everything and the breakfast is good, but it needs repairs and the parking is outside the building—four courts, paid, and not included in the rent.

The location is great and the breakfast is very good, but there is no parking. They claim parking is available, but it’s only a recommended spot outside the hotel, a half‑court that costs 33 reais per day. On the last day, getting the elevator was a hassle; one of the lifts wouldn’t open its door on my floor. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling that dripped onto the sink and floor. The bathroom is small, and getting into the shower was difficult because the space between the sink and the shower door was tight; my husband had to squeeze through, and it felt risky that the shower door might break one day.

The location is fine, but the hotel lacks consistency in room quality. I’ve stayed there twice before and never had a bad experience like this; it took over 1:30 to check in, there was a huge line, and the management was unprepared, leaving a new employee alone on the second day. He did his best, but the experience was still poor. Also, because the hotel was full—presumably a good thing—there was no space for guests at breakfast, and the restocking was inadequate. Finally, the shower was disgusting, with mold in the grout, chipped and blackened soap dishes, and all the plaster was crumbled. In short, I’m not sure I’ll return. The staff were all friendly and helpful, though.

It was a scary experience for my family. I don’t recommend it to anyone. The place doesn’t match the photos; there’s mold on the walls, cracks in the floor, walls and ceiling, and the door offers no security. Overall, this hotel is a rip‑off; I suspect it’s a big scam. I want my money back.
