“Nice quite stay, decent breakfast but some facilities requires serious upgrades”

I liked the hotel's location, which was conveniently close to the beach. However, I was a bit disappointed with some of the facilities - not all the rides were operational, and the gym equipment and facilities seemed a bit old and outdated.

“Great except for check on experience”

Overall, I was really impressed with the hotel's facilities - they were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. However, I did feel that the check-in staff could have been more customer-focused and welcoming. A bit more attention to detail during check-in would have made a big difference to my stay.

“Enjoyable stay”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. However, the hotel itself could do with a bit of a refresh, as some of the decor and amenities felt a bit dated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The heated main pool was a welcome feature, especially for my kids. However, I was disappointed to find that the pool area was much smaller than I had expected from the pictures, and the space was overwhelmed by a large event that brought in over 200 kids, making it difficult to navigate the slides and find a comfortable spot to sit.
