The staff here really made my stay special - they were super friendly and went out of their way to help.
I liked the location of this hotel, but the gym could use a bit of an upgrade - it's not bad, but it's not great either.
The breakfast was really great, with plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, and the staff’s behaviour is much appreciated.
“Very average. Location is terrible.”
The indoor waterfall feature was peaceful and beautiful, but the staff were a bit rude, especially the massage lady. I was surprised that so few people spoke English in an international hotel. Many menu items were unavailable, and the breakfast, which was included, didn’t offer good options for international guests; Indian curry and fried rice were not great choices.
“Great”
The staff were friendly, but the breakfast selection was disappointing—especially the lack of fresh bread and cakes, and the breakfast boxes were poorly arranged.
“Comfortable, great value for money, fantastic staff. The hotel has all you need as a solo traveller.”
The staff were fantastic, and the room was lovely, clean and comfortable with great beds. I stayed for a long time and kept extending my stay. The hotel isn’t perfect, but the staff always tried to resolve any problems quickly, and the value for money was excellent. I didn’t like the breakfast, but the other menu items and room service were high quality and good value. The only downside was the noise in the rooms; some times of day were peaceful, but many families and large groups used the hotel for conferences, so the rooms near the pool and event area were very noisy. There was also a lot of construction in the surrounding area, but that’s a general Bali issue and not the hotel’s fault. The downstairs reception area is a smoking zone, so it can smell unpleasant to non‑smokers and feels a bit old‑fashioned in 2026, though it’s not a major problem.
“Incredibly smelly and grossly DIRTY, not messy, dirty.”
As soon as we reached our floor, a musty, old smell hit us; the walls were scuffed and the rug was gross. The room itself was worse: the smell intensified when we entered. The bathroom was a nightmare—there was a stain on the tile floor, and all the faucets for the sink and tub were covered in scum, as if they had never been cleaned. The bed was uncomfortable, and the duvet cover and sheets had multiple stains and holes.
