The hotel is gorgeous, with a magnificent restaurant in an old mansion. The breakfasts are wonderful, and my room had a spacious terrace.

The location and bed comfort are good. For the price of the room, there are few amenities provided (no complimentary water bottle), the vanity sets are small and the range is limited, coffee service is restricted, and there is no milk in the room. At check‑in, the staff did not give any explanation about the establishment.

The hotel is super, the service is top-notch🔥🔥🔥 The staff is very polite, and the breakfast is tasty and varied. The pool is super—it’s warm, and the water is 🔥🔥🔥. Restaurant 🙈🙈🙈 — I’ve never tasted worse food anywhere. They need to replace both the service staff and the chefs. It’s unappetizing—simply inedible. The interior design and atmosphere are really cool, but the food is just terrible. The spa wasn't great either—the sauna was cold, and the jacuzzi was only partially functional. In Ukraine, spas like this are included in the hotel room rate, and they are easily four times better
