The room was tidy, compact, and had everything we needed. We were charged £12.50 extra to bring our dog, which should have been mentioned beforehand. The shared kitchen fridge was broken and smelled bad, so we couldn’t store the food we brought for breakfast. The shower water was lukewarm and not hot enough to be enjoyable.

Marianne was friendly and the house was lovely and cozy. I’ve never stayed in a guest house before, and it was noisier than I expected, but overall it was a pleasant stay and I’d still recommend it.
