We’re regular Catalonia guests and, although our arrival at this hotel didn’t go as expected, we must highlight the extraordinary care of Yaiza Rodríguez, the reception manager. Even though we had paid for our stay, there was no room available when we arrived and we were moved to another hotel—a nasty situation that made us question returning. Yet Yaiza’s professionalism, friendliness, and dedication completely changed our experience. The next day we returned to the hotel and were rewarded with a magnificent suite featuring a pool and a terrace with views. We want to thank the management and Catalonia’s leadership for Yaiza’s exceptional service, which turned a bad start into a reason to come back. Thanks, Yaiza, for your outstanding treatment. Normally we’re satisfied with CATALONIA hotels.
