Breakfast was exceptional, hearty, excellent, and varied (sweet, salty). Casa Bart’s location is very quiet, the house is well maintained, and the rooms are spacious. We were six motorcyclists and the hosts let us park our bikes safely in their courtyard (no risk). They met all our expectations with a smile, especially by drying our clothes after a day of riding in the rain. The meal was excellent, and if we ever pass through VILLAR SAN COSTANZO again, we’ll definitely stop at Casa Bart. I recommend it, eyes closed. I’m still looking for something to improve; I’d say, “keep this level of service, it’s perfect!”

The property is tucked into nature, quiet, well‑maintained, tidy, and welcoming. Its location offers plenty of biking and walking trails. My room was spotless and thoughtfully detailed with a focus on sustainability. There’s also a bike room (alarm‑protected) stocked with gear and everything needed for bike maintenance and minor repairs. Hosts Luca and Augusta were flawless, providing loads of info, tips, and even GPX tracks for rides and walks, and were very accommodating with our morning schedules. The breakfast deserves a shout‑out: sweet and savory, athlete‑friendly, featuring high‑quality local items like bread, yogurt, cheeses, honey, jams. Augusta deserves extra kudos for homemade cakes, plum‑cake, pancakes, and crepes, plus pre‑peeled fruit, sliced fruit, orange juice, and fresh‑made eggs. Luca also did a great job serving coffee at the table (though you shouldn’t mention that 😜). We felt very comfortable and well taken care of. No complaints.
