The accommodation was spacious and comfortable right in the middle of the bush. Everything else was great, though it would be nice to have better trail marking and additional hikes offered.

We were greeted very warmly, the setting was beautiful, and the place was wonderful for relaxing and enjoying a good time with family. Marble Hall is not a tourist hotspot, but it does have the necessary shops.

No hot water, the geyser wasn’t turned on, and the kitchen basin was blocked.

Kevin, Kuda, and the cleaning staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the venue awesome despite the challenges. Because of an Escom fault, we had no electricity and therefore no hot water; the solar panels did their best to keep us warm, but the overcast, cool weather meant we couldn’t enjoy a hot shower. Running the generator for long periods to compensate for the power outage disrupted the peace and tranquility of the venue, though we understand this isn’t normal.
