“Assolutamente sconsigliato”
The idea of having rooms with private bathrooms and a shared living area is nice. The property is in a private neighborhood, so it’s very quiet, safe, and well maintained. During our stay at the beginning of May 2025, the shower, sink, and toilet water were brown. They told us it was because of the rain, but we’re not convinced. It was clear that this happens often because the fixtures and towels were stained brown. Taking a shower with water that had been brown just before was not ideal, but we’re in the Philippines. The worst problem was the laundry. To avoid packing dirty sea clothes, we asked if we could use the laundry service. Knowing about the water issue, they still ran the washing machine and irreversibly stained all our clothes. The girl told us this while laughing, and there was very little reason to laugh. I asked to speak with the owner because people who work make mistakes, but those who err must take responsibility. I contacted her on WhatsApp because she lives in the United States, and after a brief exchange where she told me it was my problem, she decided to block me. I find this attitude truly unacceptable.
