The food was very fine, kept simple compared to other 4‑star hotels, which I appreciated. The afternoon tea spread was generous, with cakes, pastries, spicy items, and coffee that could be grabbed from the vending machine. Dietary requests from my companions were also accommodated. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

The spa, half‑board, room, bed, ski cellar, gym and bar were all superb, and the staff together with the Pesendorfer family were outstanding—always very friendly, helpful, solution‑focused and professional, making me feel completely at ease. I was delighted with everything, thank you.

The hotel's got a great spot and the rooms and bathrooms are really nice. However, I was pretty disappointed with the WiFi - it's slow and not what you'd expect from a 4-star place. Still, it's a trade-off I'm willing to make for the other perks.

I had a great stay at this hotel, the staff were super friendly and the dinner was really good. The rooms were spacious and cozy with an amazing view, but I was a bit surprised there wasn't a bidet in the bathroom. Also, the hotel descriptions didn't quite match up with what I got - just something to keep in mind. Overall, though, it was a nice experience.
