The place had a lot of charm and could be a real gem if the hotel addressed some negatives. Bring your own sheets! The room was unfortunately dirty, with no sheets or duvet covers; the beds, duvets, and pillows were stained, and the mattress was uncomfortable. It wasn’t mentioned that the room shared a lounge with another room, which seriously reduced privacy, and our neighbors were very noisy at night. The staff spoke very poorly English, making communication a bit difficult.
