How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel's location was great and the room was nicely done, with comfy beds - but that's where it ended. The staff were really unhelpful and rude, and we had a bunch of issues with the room, from sand on the sheets to a broken TV that took ages to fix. And then there was the construction noise from next door. not impressed.

I liked the room design and the location was spot on, but the hotel parking was a bit of a pain - the entrance was too narrow for my car, so I had to find parking elsewhere.

This place has a great location, and my room was clean and quiet - that's definitely a plus. On the downside, there wasn't a restaurant or cafe on site, which was a bit of a bummer. Overall, it was a solid, no-frills stay.

The location is top-notch, but that's about where the positives end. The hotel's maintenance issues are pretty significant - I mean, who has a closet with missing shelves? And the room key system? Forget about it, it works about a third of the time. And when it rains heavily, you can bet water's seeping into your room. On top of that, the cleaning could use a lot of improvement - I saw ants crawling around and it looked like they'd spent maybe three minutes tidying up.

This intimate boutique hotel is set in a fantastic spot - you don't even need a car, there are tons of attractions within walking distance along Rothschild Boulevard. The staff are warm and welcoming, and our room was sweet, with a lovely balcony to boot. We had a great time here, no question.
