“A good hotel that falls just short of being great.”
This heritage hotel is housed in a stunning 18th‑century building right on the banks of Lake Pichola, offering breathtaking views; the staff are very welcoming and helpful, the room is spacious and clean, and breakfast is good. However, the air conditioner was weak even when the ceiling fans ran at full speed, and at night the fans became too noisy to keep on; the bathroom is separated from the room by a few marble steps that you must watch to avoid tripping, the TV is small and outdated with no device mirroring, and the Wi‑Fi in the room is very weak and unstable.
