The location was convenient, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was great, but the mattress could have been a little softer.

The facility, staff, location, and campus view were all solid, yet the prices during football weekends are unreasonable across all Pullman hotels, so an 'Exceptional' rating feels inappropriate.

This was our third stay, and the property remains well maintained and clean, yet the rooms are quite dark—especially the vanity lights in the bathroom—and brighter lighting would be a real improvement.

The location is great and the staff were super helpful; the breakfast room was good and having a pool was a bonus, but the hot tub was not hot enough to enjoy on both days of our stay.
