Absolutely nothing. One of the worst lodging experiences I have ever had. The place is absolutely disgusting, and the photos cannot convey the mold, cigarette, and old dirt smell that hits you as soon as you walk in. The rooms are in deplorable condition. Dust is piled in thick layers on surfaces, exposed electrical wires are left within reach of anyone, and the linens I found were dirty and seemed unchanged. The bathroom is a completely different level of horror. Mold and buildup in the shower, soap that actually grew mold, and the toilet brush and its holder had dry fecal matter on them. The toilet paper in front of the toilet smelled strongly of urine and feces. The ceiling was moldy and full of spiders. Hygiene conditions are so poor that you wonder if using the shower is a greater risk than avoiding it. On top of all that, the owner’s behavior turned an already bad stay into a completely absurd experience. We were locked out of the hotel after midnight because we returned late. Apparently, if you’re on vacation here, the owner thinks you must retreat to your room after her set schedule. One evening we sat for about 30‑40 minutes by the “pool,” simply chatting with a friend. When we left, the owner started yelling and questioning us: “What are you doing there?”, “It’s private property!”, “You’re not allowed to talk there!”, “What did you do there?”, followed by “Who are you?”, even though we had been staying for two days and had already interacted with her several times. Even though the stay was paid at check‑in, when she met us in the lobby her favorite question kept being: “When do you pay?” There isn’t really a decent space where you can sit quietly to have a coffee or eat a sandwich. The pool area smells horrible—sewage, dampness, and chlorine. The entire property is in an advanced state of degradation.

Early check‑in was fine, but it was dirty everywhere—from the courtyard to the bathroom, which is scary to enter, not so much to use as intended. All surfaces have thick layers of dust. The rooms are stinky, and with the windows closed it’s impossible to stay. It feels like no one has lived there for about five years, and then one day they decided to start accepting guests. The photos on the site are absolutely not reflective of reality.

I booked a room on Booking, and when I arrived they told me all rooms were occupied, even though my reservation was confirmed.
