The location was great and the hosts were lovely; the breakfast was good, with a selection of fruit and cereals and a fantastic cooked breakfast, and the rooms were decent in size and well maintained, so I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Peterlee or the surrounding area. However, my room was near the entrance, so I could hear people coming and going and hear hallway conversations; I’m sure the hosts would have moved me if I had mentioned it, but because it was a short stay it was only a minor issue.
