Bridgeside Rooms

I was impressed by the breakfast and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The room itself was modern, spotless and of high standard, but the only drawback was locating it at the back of the hotel; it was dark, and after 30 minutes we spotted some locals who guided us. As we approached the gate, the sensor lights activated, and we thanked the locals for their help. The keypad was a bit dark to read even with the sensor light on, so I used my phone flashlight to enter with the second code. It would be better if all the code buttons were brighter. Overall, we enjoyed the stay in the lovely countryside and will definitely return soon.

“Cosy comfortable and cute”

The attention to detail was evident, with small snacks, milk in the fridge, and a token for a free pork pie at Eleys—a nice touch. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The check‑in was very accurate, though I could see how many people might get lost! The only downside was the church bells at night; bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper because it’s very close to the church. The TV also needs an update—the remote was taped together and broken, requiring a call to fix.

“Perfect for a short break!”

The hotel’s central location was ideal. We stayed in one of the courtyard rooms, which was nice and detached, and the room itself was beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a lovely refreshments tray that included a voucher for a free pork pie—a thoughtful touch. Everything needed for a short break was available. Parking was a bit of a hassle on arrival, but at least there was a free space. There was no breakfast on site, though there were plenty of options nearby. The self‑check‑in meant I never spoke to or saw any staff, which might not suit everyone.

“Lovely stay in the Centre of Ironbridge”

The room was lovely, fully stocked and well presented, with a brilliant central location and spotless surroundings. The snacks were great. There was a slight mould smell, not overwhelming, but my pet disliked it, so I felt it worth mentioning. The room was a bit smaller than I had expected.

The view of Ironbridge was nice, and the location was good. However, the place looked tired and unclean, with many stains, a lumpy mattress, and a barely functioning TV.
