The room was large and the balcony was very pretty. The breakfast was bad, and the man with glasses at reception is very unpleasant; if you ask him anything he’s terrible and unhelpful, the worst experience I’ve had on all my travels.

Breakfast was okay, served at the table so you can’t influence what you get. They said it was Western, but that’s a Japanese notion of Western. Luckily there was no meat, since we’re vegetarians. Everything else was fine, and the value for money was good.

The hotel feels very cozy and the staff are incredibly welcoming. The spot is well‑situated and near several sights, so we spent most of our time walking around, though a bus is also an option to reach other spots.
