The service was great, but the only way to stay dry from the rain was the passage for nudists, which was not ideal.

There were no separate pools for adults, which was disappointing.

It’s not all inclusive, and that’s also not all inclusive.

The hotel area is large, with several pools and many activities for children (some of which are paid separately). The daily rate is all-inclusive, but non‑alcoholic drinks are not included. The price is high; water and juices could be included at lunch and dinner, as they are at breakfast. The hotel also hosts tours (during our stay there was a teen tour), so the restaurant lounge can be crowded, slightly compromising service. Breakfast is comprehensive, with many options, and tapiocas and omelets are made on the spot. Lunch and dinner vary more in quality. The pool bar service was disappointing; orders are placed via phone QR code, but often they didn’t arrive or were already cold, as if forgotten on the counter. We had to ask a waiter to find out what happened. One of the two water slides was not working, and of the four bowling lanes, only one was operational. The game room has some pinball machines, but each token costs R$ 15.00. The gym was surprisingly good: it’s large, offers a great view, and has excellent equipment. It was our first time at Tauá and the hotel was relatively quiet. Many rooms have mountain views, but we were placed in a rear room overlooking the parking lot. After speaking with the receptionist, we were moved to an older room with a balcony and a beautiful view. We sensed that the staff intended to be helpful, but management was lacking.

The food, facilities, and entertainment were great, and the staff were very kind, but it isn’t all-inclusive; many things require extra payment.
