“Lovely friendly staff .quirky room . Very happy x”
The room was very comfortable and charmingly small. Parking proved to be a bit of a hassle.
“Disappointing ...”
The location right in centre of Monmouth is amazing, views from room, brilliant. Staff we dealt with lovely. The room we had was very disappointing. Dirty - needs a good clean. Consideration of furniture to space, too many chairs and large furniture for size of room, could be so much better with some thought and modernization. Bathroom basic. Beds never made in 3 nights, little to no room service
The staff were accommodating, the building was beautiful, and the location was perfect.
“We had a great few days in Monmouth and we will be returning to The Punch House next year”
The location was perfect, and the staff were brilliant—ideal for a golfing break. The only issue was the stairs.
“Great pub, friendly staff. Would stay again.”
The location was great for shops and bars in town.
