A nice quiet spot, the swimming pool is very clean, the room is huge and tidy. The owner is very friendly and makes breakfast that’s really good; we’ll definitely come back. Nothing to complain about.

I stayed in a beautiful room with solid wifi and air conditioning, and the place was very clean. The pool was lovely but noticeably warm, and the breakfast offered a wide selection of fruit and a variety of savory pastries—abundant, but plenty to choose from. The owner was extremely helpful, giving us a free tuk‑tuk ride to beachfront restaurants and picking us up when needed. My daughter, who had been traveling longer, could use the owner's washing machine for free; it wasn’t a lot of laundry, yet it was convenient for such a low price. The area is a new neighborhood, so sometimes it’s hard to find by taxi or tuk‑tuk. In the evenings you walk past houses with barking dogs everywhere, and there aren’t many options within walking distance. The pool water was really warm, and the shower had weak pressure.

We couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay. The villa is spacious and perfectly located—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and a supermarket, and the highlight is that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The pool was cleaned daily, and the breakfasts were simply delicious. The owners and their family were exceptionally warm, helpful, and always smiling; thanks to them we felt at home after only a few days, and now we miss them. We wholeheartedly recommend this spot and hope to return someday.

The villa is situated close to the ocean. The shower and toilet are located right next to each other.

“Best place we stayed in Sri Lanka”

The best about this place is Erin himself. The location is not next to the beach, but Erin took us wherever we wanted to go. Also best breakfast, best accomodation, best bathroom
