The room I was assigned initially was spacious and comfortable, which was a positive start to my stay. However, things took a turn when we discovered the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Although we were moved to a new room, I was disappointed to find no coffee amenities provided, such as a packet of instant coffee or a complimentary capsule for the machine available.

I was quite disappointed with the reception's follow-up on my payment receipt. Despite being told it would take just a few minutes to arrive after checkout, it's been five days and I still haven't received it. This lack of communication was frustrating, especially since I was expecting a prompt update. Overall, I hope they improve their administrative tasks to avoid such issues in the future.
