“Other than the air conditioner, everything was fine”

All the stores and restaurants were within easy reach, plus a Walmart, yet the air conditioner was loud, I reported it, and they still didn’t move me, so I felt it was unjust.

“The hotel overall was just horrible”

Only the friendly front lady was pleasant; everything else was bad: the hotel has a weird smell, the third floor was really hot, the room was horrible, and I could not stay there the night.
