Good loacation. Hot water is not available 24hours. Only available between certain time. We have to be present there while the hot water is available. Otherwise we will need to bath in cold water in ootty. It reminds me of my college hostel. Food was not tasty

Pathetic. Everything was awful – the room had a foul odour, the flush didn’t work, and there was no heater in the room even though it was listed in the facilities. Overall, a pathetic stay.
