I thought the place was fine for a quick night in Rome, just a 5‑minute walk from Termini station. The room was spacious, had air‑conditioning, and was clean. The breakfast was all sweet and had no salty options, and I didn’t feel very comfortable with the neighborhood.

It was literally the best B&B I’ve ever stayed in—clean, pretty, with AC and plenty of room, free tasty breakfast, and a central location. The owner is an incredible guy who stays in touch all the time.

The apartment was clean and well‑maintained, the staff were friendly and the self‑serve breakfast was neat every morning. It’s close to the Colosseum. The only downside is that the breakfast is all sweet.
