The staff were excellent, the spa treatments and massages were top quality, the wellness area was superb, and the private beach featured a beach bar and a restaurant serving delicious food.
“Wspaniale spędzony czas pełen relaksu”
The SPA area was the best part—pool, salt cave, and ice—alongside a wonderful breakfast with a huge selection of local products and live cooking on request.
“Świetny hotel i super obsługa.”
The service is very pleasant, the reception ladies are very helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. A big plus is the plentiful breakfast. I’ll definitely come back next time I visit Sopot :) Everything was fine.
“Pobyt oceniam pozytywnie”
I enjoyed all the spa treatments, the breakfasts, and other meals during my stay, but the price felt quite high.
“Niby OK ale raczej nie wrocimy. Za te pieniadze mozna dostac wiecej i lepiej.”
The hotel sits on a side street close to the beach, parallel to the sea, and while it is fairly large, that isn’t obvious. It has a long history of excellence, yet it remains clean and orderly, with fine carpentry everywhere. There’s a gym, pool, saunas, and spa—all nice and well maintained, though their opening hours are at least odd. The staff were very friendly. However, the room price was very high, the room itself was small, and the paper walls let you hear conversations and echoes from neighbors. The bathroom was clean but showed neglect: the board was loose, the showerhead was clogged and dripping sideways, the door was warped and hard to close, and the paper towel holder fell off. Despite the high rates, you still had to pay a lot of extra fees: parking 120 zl per day—much and poorly managed for a hotel of this type; beach loungers—extra 50 zl; and the breakfast was mediocre, not very varied, with bad coffee and espresso only served in tiny cups. The pool and saunas operated from 9 – 21, making it impossible to use before breakfast or after dinner, which makes me wonder who that is even for. The gym was okay but only had one treadmill, the disinfectant dispenser didn’t work, and one of the few essential machines was broken.
