How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is handy for bus and train stations. The exterior door lock was broken, so anyone could access the rooms with only a Yale lock for security. There were no staff on site, which is a concern for a lone woman traveler. I wrote to Rooms in Inverness to bring this to their attention but have received no response.

The location is convenient. On the second and third days there was no hot water, so after a long day you had to wash in freezing cold water.
