Room equipment and calm of the place. Breakfast staff not very friendly; we told them it was no longer possible to make waffles because the batter was too liquid. They didn't replace the system and we couldn't have others; many ultra-processed products.

It is new and well-maintained. Clean, quiet, good water pressure. Most staff very friendly, welcoming, ready to help. We got useful tips about the neighborhood, and our room questions were answered immediately. Some younger staff struggled to put their phones down long enough to greet customers.

Very easy to get to. Needed more parking in the front.

Breakfast was average. Food items were available and hot when expected. For whatever reason, the coffee was full of coffee grounds EVERY morning but it was there and did the job. Chewing coffee is not my thing. I was in room 300. The room had a VERY musty smell, bordering on moldy smell. I never found any wet spots on the carpet, etc. but the smell was potent and never left. Unfortunately I also had very loud neighbors that came and went all night long, slamming doors and having loud conversations. Not the fault of the motel. Also, room 300 is right next to the stairwell which my neighbors used, so I heard 2 slamming doors all night long
