We liked the clean rooms and quiet setting, but we were very disappointed that the advertised “included breakfast” and “complimentary drinks” were not delivered. The staff also failed to inform us that the kitchen facilities were broken, so we only found out after the fact. The replacement offered was inadequate and did not match the promised amenities.
