“A big disappointment”
Nothing worth mentioning. I’ve stayed at many spots, but this was one of the worst to forget. The location is right at a U‑turn, and no vehicle stops for you to make a safe U‑turn. The security guard didn’t get it when I asked about parking and driver accommodation. The check‑in staff were rude, so I didn’t have the nerve to call them about the broken TV that had an overdue account recharge. The AC in the room wasn’t working, and the TV failure killed my enthusiasm to ask for a fix at night. The bath towels were stained, the body wash dispenser in the toilet was empty, so I had to use hair shampoo mid‑shower. Breakfast was included in my booking, but no one guided me; somehow I ended up at the rooftop restaurant, which was empty and served nothing. The staff said the buffet was closed and offered a la carte instead. I asked for Aloo Paratha, they said they could only make Aloo Pyaj Paratha, and the batter was ready. It was the first day of Navratras, so I refused that and asked what else they could offer; they sent two slices of toast with butter separately, a small portion of cut fruit, no cutlery or fork, and a super‑boiling glass of hot milk that I had to wait half an hour for to cool. I asked for Lassi, which was refused. A big disappointment.
