The house is a lovely older building with a surprisingly beautiful interior full of wood. The owners decorated it with pleasure and taste, giving it a homely feel. The large, well‑maintained garden showcases tropical flora. It sits in the old center of Legazpi, close to malls, shops, and other amenities. Nothing in particular disappointed us.

The garden is the best spot for sunbathing, and I also liked the breakfast.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was well‑located, within walking distance of restaurants, a supermarket, etc. A driver was arranged on short notice and was also great. We missed breakfast because of an early departure, but the breakfast area looked very nice. Nothing else to mention.
