We spent a night right after a wedding at a nearby venue; the place was easy to locate and had a spacious parking area with plenty of spots. The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly, plus the breakfast was nice. I’d have liked a tea or coffee option in the room.

The staff were pleasant, but the online check‑in felt like a Fort Knox entry—utterly useless. The room was designated for disabled guests, as was the bathroom, and there was no clear signage for the parking entrance; the hotel’s parking layout wasn’t displayed on any tables.

The dinner was excellent and the view of the city was superb. The location is perfect for shopping, whether you need furniture or food. It’s close to the main road, so it’s hard to get lost. It would be better if the parking were linked to the reception with a moving walkway; otherwise you have to walk 34 meters.

The staff were very responsive and genuinely tried to fix all the hotel’s shortcomings. The hotel doesn’t live up to a 4‑star standard (only three stars were lit on the building, one was non‑functional). One elevator was out of order, the bed wouldn’t unfold so we had to change rooms, the restaurant only served breakfast so you had to find lunch and dinner elsewhere, and the garage parking was unusable—cars could only be parked under a dirty roofed area that was freely accessible to anyone.

The room was spacious and clean, the hotel is beautiful, the staff deserve every compliment, and everything was highly recommended.
