The only thing that stood out was the location. I had to pay for cleaning, something I’ve never seen before, which was hilarious.

The location is the highlight, a nearby supermarket makes travel life easier, and the beach is close to the center. I felt very safe walking back to the flat alone at night. The air‑conditioning works great and the shower water is wonderful for us long‑haired women. The host was very helpful and the fridge and stove worked well. The only downside was the cleanliness; I’m meticulous about that and noticed some dust on the floor and furniture, and the TV wouldn’t connect to YouTube. I’d suggest adding a full‑length mirror in the room, as the only one is in the bathroom.

The place is in a good spot, the host is very attentive, and the only other staff we saw was very friendly. The room has no air‑conditioning, no fridge, no wardrobe or closet, and no double bed – it’s actually two single beds and my wife fell between them. The flat has no fridge or minibar, so we spent days drinking bottled water in the heat.
The location is fine. On my last day, I asked to leave my luggage because I had a lunch meeting with friends before heading back to Fortaleza, where I’d booked the last flight. I was charged 100 reais for that, which I’ve never seen. I gave up on that plan and returned from Pipa to Natal right away.
