How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were friendly, especially Sofia who looked after us, and the location was perfect, right on the ocean. However, the old building was in bad shape and dirty; we found cigarette butts on the balcony, rust in the fridge, and the sofas were filthy, plus the A/C didn’t work correctly. In the evening water started dripping onto the balcony—probably condensation from the air conditioner.

The beachside spot was gorgeous, yet the rooms were filthy, moldy, and the AC was broken, leaving the temperature awful; the shower drained poorly and the door lock failed. When we checked in for two, we only received one towel and the front desk said a coworker had left, so they had no access.

The service was terrible: reservations weren’t respected, they wouldn’t hand over the room or refund me, and they followed a ridiculous “no, no, no” policy. The reception staff were extremely rude.

The pool, café, and location were great, but the building was poorly maintained; the counters and floors were shabby, door locks didn’t work, and when it rained there were leaks inside the room. A structural inspection of the building would be advisable.

The pool, the beach with turtles, the view, and the parking were all good. The initial room had a terrace that I paid for but it had no chairs, was too small, and didn’t match the photos. From arrival onward, my reservation wasn’t checked, I wasn’t given a breakfast wristband, and at the restaurant and front desk I was denied the breakfast that was included. A young staff member told me that my breakfast had been confirmed through Booking, but we had been waiting two hours without eating, and the lack of attention to the reservation was a problem from the start, even after I pointed it out to the woman who disappointed us.
