The room is huge and clean. I love the laundry at L17, we do not have to wait for clothes to be ready. Just leave a note for the next course of action "to dry the clothes" the staff will assist to put into dryer and bring to the room once it is done. No time wasted. Atour has 3 hotels near railway station. I went to the wrong one so make sure you check the address wrongly. The location is too far from the metro station. Not convenient

We enjoyed a great stay at Atour Hotel Hangzhou East Railway Station West Square. The hotel sits in an excellent spot, close to most tourist sights, and the breakfast was solid. Rooms were tidy, modern, and thoughtfully designed, adding to the comfort. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The environment was quiet and relaxing, ideal for both business and leisure. I’d definitely return when I’m back in Hangzhou. The downside is there’s no MRT station within walking distance, though a Didi taxi is readily available.
