The location near the Basilica of San Francesco was convenient. The breakfast was poor and the bathroom décor (the towel was a bit dated and stained with bleach) was disappointing.
The spot is perfect, the guests are friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming.
It felt just like home, and we’re already planning to come back.
The location was excellent, cleanliness was good, and the beds were comfortable. To get inside you have to climb a tight spiral staircase (two floors). A backpack is fine, but a suitcase is more difficult. The living room and bedroom are cluttered with many items hanging on walls and placed on furniture, including many rule‑and‑prohibition signs. The owners hand out only one set of keys (despite the request for two), which also controls the air‑conditioner, so it can only run when people are inside. Additionally, it takes a long time to cool the space.
