The location is relatively good and central, but currently there is a lot of construction on the street, which makes access and parking difficult. The rooms face the main street, so they are relatively noisy—even at night. The rooms themselves are decent but not 100 % clean; the upstairs kitchen is very dirty—utensils in the sink, a messy fridge, and it’s unpleasant to cook or even sit down to eat; there is no microwave to reheat food. Water is only available on the lobby floor and it isn’t always running. The beds lack personal lighting and there aren’t enough outlets for phone charging (only inside the locker outside the bed). The connections inside the bed don’t work. However, the staff were very friendly, answered every request, and even upgraded me to a pricier room at no extra cost. I wrote about this above.

The staff were extremely courteous, the rooms spotless, the location superb; we loved everything, will definitely return, and thank Ibrahim, the manager, for helping us with every request.

Nothing. The hotel staff were not good, they didn’t provide service, there was no breakfast, meaning we paid for breakfast and it wasn’t offered at all! They were also unwilling to give a refund! Pure fraud.
