“Buena ubicación, solo requiere muchas mejoras en la infraestructura”
The location is good, but the door was damaged, the bathroom had rusted fixtures, it rained and water entered the room, and they tried to house us in another room with deplorable conditions.
It’s very close to everything, but they don’t return the deposit and the place isn’t very clean.
Positives: the location and cleanliness. Negatives: they didn't give us a refrigerator, and supposedly you should notify the estimated arrival time so the room is ready; when you arrive and let them know, they give you the room details, but you only find the beds, no blankets, pillows, or hygiene items; you have to request those basics, and it's annoying to keep asking for things that should be there upon arrival.
